How the people around a wrap shop use Wraptor. Each links the modules they live in.

Owner / manager

Runs the business. Lives in: Dashboard overview, Reports, Invoicing & billing, Marketing, Team, Settings, Plans. Gets started by claiming a Directory listing and running Onboarding; leans on AI (Wraptor AI) for shop-data questions and quick answers.

Production

Coordinates the shop floor and keeps work moving. Lives in: Calendar and Scheduling, Ops, Jobs, Inventory, Equipment, and Colors.

Installer

Does the assigned wrap work. The built-in Installer role lands on My Jobs and opens only its assigned job workspaces, including timers, checklists, photos, and stage progress. Shop-wide Scheduling and management screens stay hidden by default.

Designer

Creates proofs and artwork. Lives in: Studio, Proofs, Files, Designs, and uses AI (Wraptor AI) for spec lookups and creative help.

Front-desk / sales

Handles customers and quotes. Lives in: Customers, Quotes, Inbox, Messages, Vehicles, Fleets.

Independent installer

A solo/freelance installer rather than a shop — a Wraptor account whose accountType is "installer" (shops are "shop"). They get a public profile and the Free workspace for one active job and quote, plus a small marketplace section in the More drawer — My Listing, Messages, and Payments — for taking and getting paid on Directory work. Solo is the one-seat paid upgrade when they need the full workflow.

Customer

The vehicle owner — never logs in. Meets the shop through the public touchpoints: finds it in the Directory and requests a quote, approves the price on the Quotes public link, signs off artwork on the Proofs approval page, watches progress on Track, and pays on the Invoicing & billing pay link. Customers who order through Designs get a tracking link too.
